I was the department lead on this project, managing the whole team and outsource. All bidding, briefing, and QC went through me. The show was full of extensive retime artefact cleanup and slow-motion pigeon roto. It was the prep-heaviest show I have ever worked on and was my first serious test as the prep lead at Union.
